1. Minimum order is US$100 (Excluding shipping cost)
2. There is no minimum piece per item, you may buy only 1 piece per item.
3. Individuals, hobbyists, jewelry & bead stores, wholesalers are welcome.
4. All of our products are made from 925 sterling silver with high quality handmade
5. All prices are mentioned in US Dollar and subject to change without any prior notice.
6. All of the weights and measures for the silver jewelry and  beads seen in our site are approximate. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.
7. While we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times. Please understand that all of our beads are handmade products, therefore we sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain items.

1. Price of each product is price for minimum order of US$ 100. Discount will be given to orders over US$ 500.

Ordering Step
1. Just state your sort of items and quantity in shopping cart by clicking ORDER button
2. Or send us your order by email to sales@balisilvers.com with any item numbers and the quantity of each items of your interest.
3. Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation by email within twenty four hours to let you know we have received your request
4. Then you will receive your Pro-forma invoice which outlines net weight, gross weight, cost of silver order, time of expected delivery, and cost of freight to your door, along with payment instructions.
5. Your orders would be shipped directly from Bali to your address after we receive your payment confirmation.

Delivery
1. We ship orders directly from Bali to every countries in the world on next day after your credit card transaction captured, using FedEx International priority door to door service
2. Delivery time to USA and most European countries using FedEx service is 3-4 working days (excluding Sunday) if no customs delay.
3. You will receive a tracking number so you can monitoring delivery status online at FedEx website or post office website.
